We will screen the documentary Chisholm '72: Unbought & Unbossed, hear from Congresswoman Lee on the importance of voting in the Tuesday, November 6 midterm election, and enjoy entertainment from some of the Bay Area’s finest artists! Members, friends, and community join us for an educational evening to evaluate the 2018 General Election candidates on their prospective to create and implement legislation policies and resources to positively impact the Black community and other communities of color.

Invited local candidates & representatives for Assembly District 15, City Council and School Board 2, 4 & 6, Oakland Mayor, Oakland Auditor, Peralta Community College District Trustees, and more!  Plus ballot initiative discussion and voter education resource area.
