  • President: Leslie Baranco Martin

Leslie Baranco Martin served 10 years as vice mayor and as council member for the city of Stockton.  She is a second generation BWOPA member.  Leslie is also an Attorney and a certified NFLPA agent.  The Stockton chapter focuses on community engagement and economic development.  Leslie enjoys mentoring our future community leaders.
